This week was prioritizing on finishing using the CNC machine to cut out the remaining paths for the frame. It took about a period and half. While waiting and having Bella watch the cutting, me and Jaspreet started to take out the letter blocks from the first board. By Tuesday we had managed to clear out at least two rows. It was a tedious task. On Wednesday was the day we took time to break the tabs and sand down the entire frame. After finishing those two tasks, we cleaned up and took our left over parts off so then it would be available for next use.

We transferred the parts of the frame onto a larger table and laid them there. Bella and Jaspreet both worked together to drill the brackets into the frame while I continued to take out the letter blocks. I managed to clear another row while they drilled in the brackets. There were so many letter blocks that I had to get another box to store them. We also decided to tape the letter blocks together because the nuts do not securely tighten them enough. We want the blocks to stay together.
