On Monday, I had my goal set in stone. I was going to 3D-print the Erlenmeyer flask for my Mom as a gift. The print took at least 2 hours so then I had to return on Tuesday and bring it back home. While waiting for the print, I continued to make the rest of the elements that would go inside of the flask. After I made them, I made files for them so then I'd be ready for when I can 3D-print.

On Tuesday, the print was successful. I first decided to sand down the piece so then when I spray-painted then the paint will have an easier time sticking on the filament. It took me the whole day to sand and spray at least two coats. I then put down my name on the list for the 3D-printer. While I waited I helped Jaspreet with her shop chore, hanging up signs. She asked me the alignment and help on sticking the taped signs. I was able to slip in some time to print the other pieces out for the gift, the print only took 15 minutes! I sanded them down as I waited for the paint to dry. Before school had ended, I brought the pieces and flask home. I painted them in one full night and gifted it to her. These are the photos I took.

These are the final results! My mom thought it was very thoughtful and cool that I utilized the shop to make the flask and cubes. She brought it to work and showed her co-workers and they thought it was very sweet.

On Wednesday, I mainly helped Jaspreet put up the other signs which needed to be hung. I helped her cut tape and attach the string to the sign on the back. It was a fun task as we watched the shop look more lively with the multiple labels. Now it's more easier to navigate different machines/tools in Robotics. After all of the signs were hung up, I went back thinking of what to do. I wanted to see if I could start a new project. Before I did I reviewed the PCB I made on fusion. I plan to mill it next week after I get Mr. Christy's approval. For the project, I wanted something for my house. I'm not sure what to make just yet. If I don't want to make something for my home then I'll just create something nice in shop.

On Thursday, I'm still slightly stumped. I had thought of making a frame of stained glass by using acrylics. I also want to do mini gifts for my friends, I wanna make someone a background for their clear phone case. If I do the phone background then I'd have a solid plan of what they like. Another project I have in mind is to made the cubes again but in aluminum. I'll try to make a solid decision by today so then next week, I'd have a clear goal to achieve.
